May 30 Time Of Our LivesThere is about 12-day countdown to the date of the World Cup, I just got the news about the theme song.
As everybody remembers, in 1998 The Cup Of Life performed by Ricky Martin once swept all over the world, and everybody remembers it till now. At this World Cup, there definitely will get a new theme song, that is Time Of Our Lives which performed by Il Divo and Toni Braxton.
I was once quite fond of Toni Braxton in the middle of 1990's, her Unbreak My Heart and Breathe Again are still classic. Besides, she is a beauty, hehehe...
As for the Il Divo, it is a "Quartet of pop/opera crossover" band which was formed in 2004. Like Sarah Brightman, the four members play their roles and express pop songs in opera method. Brief introduction of the members is as follows:
Carlos Martin: Baritone, was born on Oct 13, 1968 in Germany (origine is Spain).
Sebastien Izambard: Vox populi, was born on Mar 07, 1973 in Paris.
David Miller: Tenor, was born on Apr 14, 1973 in San Diego, USA
Urs (Toni) Buhler: Tenor, was born on Jul 1971 in Switzerland.
Although I don't think Time Of Our Lives will be as hot as The Cup Of Live, I still enjoy it, hehehe...
